The studies have been designed for students wanting to broaden their knowledge and strengthen their leadership and managerial abilities. The participants of the program aim at working in a multicultural environment requiring high qualifications and language skills. Successful completion of the studies will help to take prominent positions in top international companies. During the 2 years of study some of the international business issues will be reviewed, but mostly comprehend higher level topics.
The course syllabus includes both core lectures (economics, management) as well as many elective modules. Their common denominator are different aspects of international business - financial management, logistics, intercultural skills, marketing.
The program is designed to develop both research and professional skills. Graduate has in-depth knowledge of the global economy, in particular in the field of
globalization and regionalization. Importantly, graduate has in-depth knowledge of the performance of enterprises within the national and international environment. Graduate has detailed knowledge
of business management in the international market. Graduate analyses and anticipates complex implications of strategic decisions of international business' entities taking into account wide
spectrum of determinants of international environment. Moreover, he is technically prepared to cope with any challenges (2 foreign languages, IT proficiency, research skills), but we also aim at
developing their interpersonal abilities (public presentations, team oriented tasks, managerial games). Main job perspectives are as
