Informacja dla studentów o programie Master studies in finance

The proposed program is directed mostly at the students of Finance major. It consists of four semesters of classes and it is aimed at students who completed at least six semesters, including the following courses:
Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Law, Management, Public finance, Financial Mathematics, Principles of finance, Money and Capital markets, Financial accounting, Corporate finance, Banking, Insurance.

Program consists of compulsory and elective courses. Among the elective courses there are the courses containing the material necessary to obtain the world-wide professional licenses, including financial analysts and risk managers, namely:

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®)
  
• Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA)
  
• Professional Risk Manager (PRM)
  
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) 
   
  Dodatkowe informacje o programie:
  • Studenci otrzymują suplement do dyplomu wskazujący, że skończyli ten program.
    
  • Program jest traktowany formalnie jako drugi kierunek dla studenta.
    
  • Student chodzący na program angielski, chcący zaliczyć program w języku polskim powinien również na niego uczęszczać, z tym, że za zgodą prowadzącego mogą być niektóre przedmioty zaliczone.
    
  • Studenci chcący uczestniczyć w programie powinni złożyć (w języku angielskim) podanie, zawierające oprócz tego CV, potwierdzenie średniej, potwierdzenie znajomości języka angielskiego. Termin składania podań – 23 maja (pokój 307 Z). Po tym terminie (w pierwszej dekadzie czerwca) odbędzie się rozmowa kwalifikacyjna.
