About The Program
The Credit Suisse Legal and Compliance Academy is a paid,
12-month program that is designed to fit in with your final
year at university. The program will enable you to:
• Gain experience of working for a truly global and multicultural
organization
• Improve your understanding of global financial regulations
• Gain valuable work experience in the legal and compliance
field and learn how to solve legal and compliance problems
• Improve your professional skills
• Gain a head start and career advantage when you leave
university

About the Legal and Compliance Academy
The program will provide a significant career advantage in the
legal and compliance profession. Participants will receive indepth
training, followed by job assignments in a variety of legal
and compliance functions.
Participants will develop core professional skills and industry
knowledge. In addition, participants will have the opportunity
to attend university lectures on legal and compliance topics,
that are offered by senior managers in the General Counsel
Division at Credit Suisse.
What We Look For
Credit Suisse is looking for highly motivated, final year
university students as of September 2013 from any faculty
with strong analytical skills and a commitment to providing
excellent customer service. Candidates must be team players
who are able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in English is compulsory, and proficiency in another
language, preferably German, French or Italian, is desirable.
An interest in finance would also be an asset.
