Onboarding of
employees hired
for academic teaching positions
For newly hired contracted academic staff, onboarding activities are carried out in order to ensure a smooth transition of the new employee into the organization, provide information related to the organizational culture of WUEB, prevailing customs and work rules, the position and its specifics.
The activities are conducted on the basis of the
Onboarding Instruction for Academic Staff at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which is an annex to the
Regulation No. 21/2022 of the Rector of
WUEB.
