On October 8-11, 2018, the International Cooperation Center of our University organizes the first International Academic Week for academic teachers from European and
non-European partner universities. The guests who came to us come from France, Austria, Italy, Lithuania, Turkey, Portugal, Greece, Germany, Croatia, Russia and Ukraine. On the first day, guests
were greeted by prof. dr hab. Bogusława Drelich-Skulska, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and then employees of the International Cooperation Center, in short
speeches gave our guests basic data from the life of our university. And so, Dr Maria Knecht-Tarczewska presented the general characteristics of the Wrocław University of Economics
and Mrs. Iwona Przyłęcka, the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator talked about the university's activities under the Erasmus+ Program. The next days of our guests' stay are connected
with lectures for students of our university and individual meetings with research and development staff. The program also includes sightseeing of the city of Wrocław, presentation of traditional
dishes and many informal meetings.
